Fitness Club

Are you interested in getting more fit and meeting lots of new people? Do you want to be a part of a supportive social network and increase your connections here at Heritage Woods? Well, then maybe you should join the Fitness Club!

This club can support every individual’s needs, with an overall focus on full body balance. The Fitness Club offers body weight-based exercises, compound lifts using multiple muscles, and the club zeros in on the complete build of the body. The Fitness Club is open to all grades and has been going strong for 3 years.

The Fitness Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday after school in the weight room across from the mat room. Additional times vary according to Mr. Ciardullo’s schedule.

So, how exactly will being a member of this club benefit you in the future? “For future benefits, it’s looking at long-term health, balancing your diet, staying active, being in a supportive network, and getting support and supporting others.” Mr. Ciardullo informs. If you have any questions or are considering joining, go see Mr. Ciardullo in room 309 for more information.

Overall, the Fitness Club is a great way to broaden your horizons, make new friends, get involved, and have fun!
