Fitness Club

The purpose of the Fitness Club is to provide opportunities for students of all fitness levels with physical activity outside of classroom time. There are many forms of exercise and we work to meet the needs of all students. Fitness and nutrition have grown tremendously over recent years. Being able to provide our bodies with training and nutrition will impact our mental and physical abilities in a way that positively contributes to overall health and wellbeing. Together we motivate, support, and encourage each other to reach our respective goals!
